He goes further to say that labor was the title for the land that God gave to mankind. However, if one meddles with what has been improved by another mans labor, it is arguable that he has desired the benefits increase from another mans labor. According to the writer, this is wrong because each man should labor for his own gains.The reasons the author gives support his thesis. He emphasizes on mans greed and rebukes those that desire what is not rightfully theirs. The reasons are plausible on th eir own right. This is because when God created man and commanded him to till and subdue the earth, His intentions were that peck should live in harmony. However, mans greed increased that he annexed what was initially common for all men. This passage has a significant role to the rest of the world. The author mentions an example that serves to remind people that common land is not individual land. He says that even in England, or any part of the world, within a government, no one has the right to appropriate or enclose any part without the consent of the rest of the people
